So that we may provide timely service to all of our guests, please arrive to check-in five minutes before your scheduled appointment.
To accommodate your scheduling needs, we strongly recommend that you reserve your next appointment before leaving the salon. This is the best way to ensure the time and date most convenient for your next visit. If at any time you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another member of our team, please let us know. Since we believe the right stylist/client match is very important, we encourage our guest to try any one of our highly trained team members.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals with proper notice. Calling ahead gives us the best opportunity to evaluate the situation. However, calling ahead does not always guarantee that we will be able to provide service, especially if your arrival is ten (10) minutes later than anticipated.
We understand that sometimes your schedule will change unexpectedly. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule a reservation. This allows our Salon Coordinator the opportunity to contact guests on our waiting list. No call/no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 25% of the service. Rebooking will be at the discretion of management and only with a credit card on file. We would prefer that you postpone an appointment, rather that just not showing up or calling.
Gift Card Purchase:
In store gift card and online e-gift card purchases are non-refundable.
